1. Service
We analyse YouTube video content and deliver structured product insights based on a video list approved by the client. The service is delivered in two stages.
The service analyses spoken content from publicly available YouTube videos, captured as text. The dataset contains structured findings derived from this content. Individual quotes may be included for traceability. Full transcripts are not republished.
The analysis combines artificial intelligence with human review and quality assurance. Source transcripts may include auto-generated captions.
2. Stage One: Discovery (€400)
We identify candidate videos relevant to the client’s request and present them for review. The client approves a final video list (up to 50 videos). We run the analysis and share a top-level summary of findings.
3. Stage Two: Final Delivery (€1,600)
Upon payment, we deliver the complete structured dataset covering all insights extracted from the approved videos.
4. Payment
Stage One is pre-paid via our webshop and invoiced upon purchase. Stage Two is invoiced after the client reviews the summary and chooses to proceed; payment is due within 14 days. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver the candidate video list within 5 business days of Stage One purchase. The client reviews and approves the list at their own pace. Once the list is approved, we deliver the summary within 8–10 business days. The full dataset is delivered upon Stage Two payment. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
6. What the client receives upon Stage Two payment
A CSV dataset containing structured insights extracted from the client’s selected videos. The client may use the dataset for internal business purposes. The client may not resell, sublicense, or publicly publish the dataset in its raw form without prior written consent.
7. What we do not guarantee
The insights depend on what is spoken in the client’s selected videos. The exact content and quality of each video is not known until the full analysis is run. Videos that appear relevant based on their title, description, or metadata may yield limited or no usable insights once processed. We do not guarantee specific findings, coverage of specific products, completeness, or a minimum volume of insights. If discovery reveals insufficient relevant content, we will inform the client before proceeding with Stage Two final payment.
8. Refunds
Stage One is non-refundable once payment is received, as work begins immediately upon payment. Stage Two is invoiced after the client has seen the summary and chosen to proceed. No refunds after dataset delivery.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers purchasing digital services at a distance have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, because echoloom.io is a service that begins immediately upon confirmation of the order, the client expressly consents at the time of purchase to work beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once performance of the service has begun.
By ticking the consent checkbox when placing an order, the client:
- Requests that the service begins immediately
- Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once we begin work on the order
This waiver applies to both Stage One and Stage Two. If you are a business customer, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
10. Intellectual property and data re-use
The delivered dataset is licensed to the client for internal business use. We retain full ownership of all insights, data, and analysis produced by our pipeline. We may re-use, aggregate, and incorporate any extracted insights into our own systems, catalogues, and future deliverables – including for other clients. Published sample reports or marketing materials will not identify the client by name without consent.
11. Liability and disclaimer
The dataset is provided “as is.” The insights are extracted from publicly available YouTube video content using automated processing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the extracted data. The dataset may contain errors, omissions, or misattributions.
The dataset reflects opinions expressed by third-party video creators. It does not constitute market research, professional advice, or verified product data. The client is solely responsible for how they interpret and act on the dataset.
We are not liable for:
- Business decisions, product changes, or strategies based on the dataset
- Inaccuracies or omissions in the extracted insights
- Any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the dataset
- Claims by third parties relating to the content of the analysed videos
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.
12. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
