• Name, email, company name, country, VAT number (via our enquiry and payment forms)
• Payment details (processed by Moneybird - we never see your card data)
• IP address (used for spam protection and rate limiting; not stored persistently)

• To deliver the service you requested (legal basis: contract)
• To send you your dataset and communicate about your request (legal basis: contract)
• To send invoices (legal basis: legal obligation)
• To protect the service from abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest)

Who we share data with

• Moneybird (payment & invoicing) - data processor
• Adyen (payment services, via Moneybird) - independent controller

Data transfers

Moneybird processes data within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Adyen may process payment data outside the EEA, protected by appropriate safeguards. For details, see Moneybird's privacy policy and Adyen's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for the duration of the service plus 7 years for Dutch tax/accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your data. You also have the right to object to processing. Contact the email listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
